The 53 acre site adjacent to Lowe’s and Target stores at the southwest corner of Ina & Thoyneydale Roads in Marana, Arizona was acquired in March 2007. Construction began in March 2012 of 166 single-story, detached luxury rental homes, and was completed in April 2013.
This 118 unit community began construction in May 2014 and was completed in August 2015.The property was stabilized by year-end 2015 and is currently fully occupied.

RendezVous is a five story-framed residential community of 100 units over one podium level over a 500-care below grade garage. Construction was completed in July of 2020.
