In October 2012 construction began on the 6.6 acre site at 1000 W River Road in Tucson, Arizona, located a mile north of Tucson Mall. Built on a very narrow, 235’x1,300’, in-fill site, the community shows how flexibly the Avilla product can be laid out. 76 single-story detached luxury rentals were completed in August 2013.
