The 53 acre site adjacent to Lowe’s and Target stores at the southwest corner of Ina & Thoyneydale Roads in Marana, Arizona was acquired in March 2007. Construction began in March 2012 of 166 single-story, detached luxury rental homes, and was completed in April 2013.
