In late 2017, Aerie Development entered into partnership with Mission District Partners, a Gadsden Company, and purchased the vacant land near the Mercado in the Mission District, directly north of Caterpillar's new HQ on Cushing Street. We are very excited to be working with Moule & Polyzoedes from Pasadena and Swaim Associates from here in Tucson to develop this new multi-use project.
